This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile game Snake Painter ("the App"), developed by Mobdi ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and discloses information when you use the App.
The App itself does not require account creation and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or contact details directly from you.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertising (interstitial and rewarded video ads). Through AdMob, the following categories of data may be collected automatically:
We use Google AdMob to serve ads within the App. AdMob may use the data described above, and data collected by its partners, to show relevant ads and measure ad performance. Google's use of this data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Google Partner Sites policy.
Where required by applicable law (including the GDPR in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, and applicable US state privacy laws), the App presents a consent/privacy message before requesting user consent for personalized advertising and data processing by advertising partners. You can manage or withdraw your consent at any time from within the App's privacy settings.
Snake Painter is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where required, ad requests are configured to comply with child-directed treatment settings.
Gameplay progress is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to us. Advertising-related data is retained by Google/AdMob in accordance with their own retention policies.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding the personal data processed through advertising, including the right to access, correct, delete, or object to processing, and the right to withdraw consent. Many of these choices can be managed directly through the in-app consent message or your device's advertising settings (e.g. "Reset Advertising ID" or "Limit Ad Tracking" in your device settings).
