Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the LookRich iOS app ("LookRich", "the App", "we", "us") collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you. LookRich does not require you to create an account or sign in.
1. Information we collect
Style profile (provided by you). During onboarding you may enter your gender, age range, body type, height range, skin tone, and whether you wear glasses. This information is used only to score and personalize the outfit suggestions you see. It is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to LookRich's servers, because LookRich has no account system and no backend server — there is nowhere for it to be sent.
Favorites and app preferences. Outfits you favorite, your theme and language settings, and your onboarding status are also stored locally on your device only.
Advertising data (automatic, free users only). If you have not subscribed to Premium, LookRich shows ads served through Google AdMob. To do this, AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, device type, and ad-interaction data:
- On iOS, you will see an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt asking permission to use your device identifier for personalized ads. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.
- If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, a consent dialog managed by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) is shown, in line with the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework and GDPR.
Purchases and subscriptions (automatic). LookRich Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Subscription status is managed using RevenueCat, which receives an anonymous user identifier, purchase/transaction receipts, and basic device information to validate your entitlement. We never see or store your payment card details — Apple handles all billing.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location, and we do not knowingly collect any data beyond what is described above.
2. How we use this information
- To personalize the outfits and categories shown to you, entirely on your device.
- To display and measure advertising (free users).
- To validate and manage your Premium subscription.
- To diagnose crashes and improve app stability, using anonymous, aggregated data Apple may provide to developers through App Store Connect.
3. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. Limited data is shared only with the service providers needed to run the App:
- Google AdMob / Google Ads — to serve and measure ads. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- RevenueCat — to manage subscription entitlements. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
- Apple — to process all App Store purchases and billing. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
4. Data storage and retention
Your style profile, favorites, and preferences live in local storage on your device only. Deleting the App deletes this data immediately. You can also edit or reset your profile at any time from the Settings tab.
5. Your choices and rights
- Tracking: manage the App Tracking permission anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Subscriptions: manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- Access, correction or deletion: since LookRich does not hold a server-side copy of your profile, deleting the App removes your local data. For any other request regarding data described in this policy, contact us below.
If you are in the European Economic Area, UK, or Switzerland (GDPR)
You have the right to: access the data we hold about you; request correction or deletion of that data; restrict or object to its processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent (for example, the AdMob/UMP consent dialog). Because your style profile and favorites exist only in local storage on your device, exercising the access/deletion right is as simple as deleting the App. For requests concerning data processed by AdMob or RevenueCat on our behalf, contact us at the email below and we'll route your request appropriately, or contact those providers directly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority at any time.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA)
California law gives you the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to request deletion of that information, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (the IDFA/advertising identifiers AdMob uses for personalized ads can qualify as "sharing" under CCPA's broad definition). To opt out: decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or disable personalized ads anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking — LookRich and AdMob will honor that choice. If your browser or device sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of sale/sharing wherever technically applicable. We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of minors under 16. You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.
6. Children's privacy
LookRich is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can address it.
7. International users
LookRich is available worldwide. Our advertising and subscription service providers may process data in countries other than your own, under their own safeguards as described in their respective privacy policies linked above.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
